French Justice rules against the extradition of ten former far-left Italian activists.

William JULIÉ comments on the refusal by the French investigating chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal to extradite ten former Italian extreme left-wing militants. The public prosecutor Remy Heitz indicated the possibility of an appeal to the Supreme Court, something the Italian State’s lawyers are waiting for.
